CHANGE NOMINATED VEHICLE/MOTORCYCLE/CARAVAN
If you would like to change the Nominated Vehicle, Motorcycle or Caravan on your Membership, complete and forward the Change Nominated Vehicle/Motorcycle/Caravan form to National Roadservice Australia. If you would like a copy of the Change Nominated Vehicle/Motorcycle/Caravan form contact our Customer Service team during business hours on 1800 10 10 22.
Note: A 48-hour waiting period applies to all benefits from the date this form is received by National Roadservice Australia
REIMBURSEMENT FORM (ROADSIDE PLUS & CARAVAN PLUS ONLY)
National Roadservice Australia MUST be informed AT THE TIME of a Breakdown that these services MAY be required and prior to any services being arranged. Once approved by National Roadservice Australia, forward this completed Reimbursement form along with service invoices to National Roadservice Australia for Breakdown Accommodation, Vehicle Hire and Locksmith expenses.
